One of my favorite things about my jewelry is telling people exactly what it's made from. And while I can't always remember, most times I can. The peach and sage green beads used for these earrings were created with discarded peach colored straws and an abandoned tupperware lid (I think it was Martha Stewart brand?) I got a grocery bag full of just lids from a local thrift store and turned them all into beads!
The ear wires for these are .999 fine silver plated brass and these measure approximately 1.5" long
Due to the handmade nature of these earrings and the materials used to create them, slight differences should be expected from pair to pair, and from the image shown to illustrate the earrings. Colors may look different in person than they appear on screen. This listing is for one pair of earrings, only. All other photos are included for size and material reference.
Belly Hoop Earrings in Silver with Recycled Peach and Sage Disc Beads
These are considered costume jewelry and should be kept in dry areas when not being worn (so don't keep them in the bathroom or kitchen, don't go swimming in them, don't wear them while dancing in the rain, etc.). Spraying chemicals on or near costume jewelry may speed up the "antiquing" of metal - for instance, perfumes, hair spray, make-up setting sprays.
